Restorative Practices for Organizations & Leaders

Strengthening relationships. Repairing harm. Building cultures rooted in dignity.

I help organizations move from conflict and confusion to clarity and connection. Through restorative practices, I guide teams in building trust, repairing harm, and creating cultures where accountability is humanizing, not punitive.

My work blends nearly 30 years of mental health expertise with culturally rooted facilitation, emotional literacy, and leadership development. I also support organizations in creating restorative, values-aligned policies that strengthen culture and prevent harm before it happens. The result is a restorative approach that is practical, relational, and deeply grounded in community values.

Core Services

  • Restorative Circles

Structured, facilitated spaces that support team connection, conflict resolution, harm repair, re-entry after missteps, and leadership alignment. Circles create the conditions for honest dialogue, shared understanding, and collective healing.

  • Restorative Consulting

I partner with organizations to design and implement restorative systems that strengthen culture and reduce harm. This includes communication protocols, staff agreements, emotional contracts, repair pathways, and trauma-informed leadership practices.

  • Restorative Policy and System Design

I help organizations create policies that reflect their values and support long-term relational health. This includes restorative discipline pathways, dignified accountability policies, re-entry procedures, and restorative responses built into HR, supervision, and team operations. Policies become living documents that guide behavior, support equity, and sustain trust.

  • Workshops and Training

Interactive, scenario-based learning for teams and leaders. Topics include restorative leadership, repairing harm with dignity, facilitating restorative conversations, and boundaries, identity, and accountability in community work.

  • Leadership Coaching

One-on-one or small-group coaching for leaders navigating conflict, difficult conversations, accountability, team culture repair, and the deeper work of identity, boundaries, and moral courage.

My Restorative Approach

I use a simple, powerful framework called the Restorative Arc:

Acknowledge what happened
Understand the impact
Identify the needs
Agree on repair
Rebuild trust

This model is accessible, repeatable, and adaptable to any organizational setting.

Why Organizations Choose This Work
